The Witch's Hat topper is a collectable item in the game that is used to customize the player's vehicle further. It provides no advantages while used and is simply cosmetic. It is categorized as a common topper but painted and certified variants are categorized as uncommon.
This topper must be unlocked—like all of the common toppers—by playing the game normally through completed matches. Matches can be online or offline exhibitions.
It cannot be traded to other players since every account will have one. However, painted and certified variants can be traded.
