- "Tygris" is most likely based on the Polish word for "tiger", which is "tygrys", or the Hungarian word for "tiger", which is "tigris".
- The Tygris's body and side profile appears to be loosely based on the Nissan GT-R. However, its front end heavily resembles the Mitsubishi Concept XR-PHEV EVOLUTION Vision Gran Turismo.
