Sweet Tooth is a battle-car released on July 7, 2015, based on the vehicle of the same name from the Twisted Metal series. It is exclusive to PlayStation 4 players.

Sweet Tooth can only be unlocked by playing one match with every common body.

During cross-platform play, when playing against PS4 players, PC players will see Merc in place of Sweet Tooth.^[3]It is an abandoned ice-cream van.
