Rocket League occasionally has in-game events, first announced on September 13, 2017,[1] where players can earn limited currency to buy items and special gift packs.
The first event, Haunted Hallows, saw the introduction of decryptors, an alternative to keys.[2]
The Anniversary Event celebrated the third birthday of Rocket League, as well as the 10th anniversary of Rocket League's predecessor, Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars.
