The NASCAR Ford Mustang is a licensed vehicle that was on sale in the Item Shop as part of the NASCAR 2021 Fan Pack DLC bundle, in May, June, and August of 2021. The bundle, which includes two other licensed cars and items for each, cost 
2000.[1]
The items included in the bundle can only be equipped by the NASCAR Ford Mustang. It cannot be customized with other items.[1]
