Haunted Hallows was the first special event introduced to Rocket League. The event has returned each year for the following periods of time:

Official Synopsis

"Celebrate the season of spooky and collect Candy Corn at the end of every online match. Then, redeem your candy to grab special Halloween-themed rewards! You can also collect and open new randomly-dropped Event Crates full of exclusive content (Unlocked Crates are also available to purchase)!"

The Scoops Ahoy player banner was a free reward for players who logged into Rocket League on November 6, 2019.[5]

Title

Note: This title is an intentional pun. The "DEMO" in "DEMOgorgon" is stylized with capital letters in reference to the term "demo" (demolish) which is commonly used in Rocket League.

There was also the ‘Golden Pumpkin,’ which contained one Customization Item from the Nitro, Turbo or Player’s Choice Crates. Once you redeemed your Candy Corn for a Golden Pumpkin, no Key or Decryptor was required to open it.
