The NFL Fan Pack is a DLC pack of sorts that contains Octane decals for all thirty-two NFL teams.[1][2] It released on December 17, 2020. Players could purchase it for 800 Credits from the Item Shop menu, until its retirement on December 28, 2020.[2]
In 2021, the NFL Fan Pack returned to the Item Shop during the NFL Draft Weekend event from April 29, 2021 to May 3, 2021.

"HUDDLE UP! Your favorite NFL teams are ready to blitz Rocket League with the NFL Fan Pack! Starting December 17, football fans will be able to rep their favorite NFL teams in Rocket League."[2]
