It is categorized as a very rare wheel. They are categorized as Very Rare rarity, while the special edition Chakram: Holographic is categorized as Import rarity. They can be obtained in Item Shop and Chakram: Holographic from Dorado Series and the Chakram from Champions 1 Series Blueprints.
This wheel was only available from opening crates. There was a random chance to get it from Champions Crate 1.
